Transat wins a prize in the Packaged Trips category at the first-ever Solo Travel Awards, established by Solo Traveler. Air Transat is recognized as the second best leisure airline in the world at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, making it the best leisure airline in North America for the sixth consecutive year. Transat wins first place in two categories at the Agents Choice Awards: best Tour Operator and best Leasure/Charter Airline for Air Transat. Transat A.T. Inc. ranks 16th on the list of the Best 50 Corporate Citizens in Canada, established annually by Corporate Knights magazine and research firm. For the fourth consecutive year, Transat is the only tour operator to earn the distinction. For the second year in a row, Air Transat s head office has been named one of the greenest in North America by Corporate Responsibility Magazine. Transat wins the annual Produit Paris Ville Lumière award given by the tourism development agency Atout France.
