2 Activities Since EWG 50 The Expert Group on New and Renewable Energy Technologies () has met once since EWG th Meeting was held on April 11 to 15, 2016 in Taichung, Chinese Taipei. A two- session Joint Meeting with the APEC EGEE&C was held in the morning session on April 13 and in the afternoon session on April 14, A site visit to the i3 Travel Project - Low Carbon Tourism and Intelligent Transportation Services in Sun- Moon- Lake (2015 ESCI Annual Best Practices GOLD Award) was scheduled on April 15. 3 Activities Since EWG 50 n + EGEE&C Joint Meeting 2016 (The last Joint Meeting of two groups was taken place in Honolulu, USA on April 9, 2014.) 13 Member Economies attended the Joint Meeting: China, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, and USA. Collaboration with International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), Energy Research Institute Network (ERIN), and International Copper Association Ltd.
