There are no entry qualifications. Australian Apprenticeships Apprenticeships are available nation-wide, in a variety of certificate levels in more than 500 occupations in traditional trade areas, as well as a range of emerging careers in most sectors of business and industry. This Australian Government website provides information on apprenticeships and traineeships, combining time at work with training that can be full-time, part-time or school-based. ApprentiCentre The Department of Training and Workforce Development manages the apprenticeship and traineeship system in the State. The ApprentiCentre helps employers, apprentices and trainees through every stage of their apprenticeship and traineeship. Employers advertise for an apprentice/trainee on the Jobs Board section of the website and people looking for an apprenticeship or traineeship can also register with Jobs Board.
