11 9 Information Memorandum COUNTRY Native Bee comprises a good mix of grazing country ranging from developed Alluvial creek flats and hollows along Sandy and Oaky creeks and their runners to cleared and thinned undulating forest country rising to Ironbark and Rosewood ridges and tops. In addition to native grasses, Buffel grass, Urochloa and Seca Stylo are established throughout the property. In the past years approximately 1000 acres has been treated with Graslan pellets in addition to a similar area of thinning as well as approximately 500 acres for regrowth.

17 15 Information Memorandum STOCKYARDS The Native Bee stockyards are all steel, comprising a mix of portable panels and permanent cattle rail. Stockyard s incorporate a 7 way pound draft, steel calf crush, Morrissey branding cradle with Mengie latch, CIA vet crush, loading ramp, water connected and sprinkler system. The main working area of the yards is well shaded. FENCING Native Bee is subdivided into 8 main grazing paddocks plus holding and smaller paddocks in addition to internal laneway leading to the stockyards. The majority of fencing being 3 barb on steels post and 3 barb on Rosewood posts, with sections of 2 barb and 1 plain wire on Rosewood Posts and 4 Barb on steel posts.
