22 SPONSOR + EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES Pricing All pricing listed is quoted in Australian dollars inclusive of 10% GST. All inclusions in Conference design and print materials are subject to strict production deadlines. ICONN 2018 is an integrated event and all staff in attendance at your stand must be registered for the Conference. You will be notified when online registration is available through the Conference website. Delegate Where a complimentary delegate registration is included in the sponsorship package, you will be required to complete the online registration form with the details of the attending delegate. The complimentary delegate registration includes full access to all Conference sessions, access to the exhibition, satchel, daily catering, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. Additional delegate registrations can be purchased when registrations are open. Please visit the website for further information when registration is available. Public and Product Liability Insurance It is a requirement of the Conference Managers that all exhibitors have adequate Public and Product Liability Insurance cover based on a limit of indemnity to the value of $10 million or above. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. Exhibitors are required to submit their public liability insurance certificate upon confirmation of the booking. To assist you in locating your certificate within your organisation it can often be found with the accounts/finance department and is also often referred to as Broadform. Related Events Sponsors should not arrange competing events against any of the Conference and Exhibition functions or sessions and are required to provide the Conference Office with information regarding proposed stand and social activities. Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions for engagement as a Sponsor at ICONN 2018 are detailed on the website and the online application form for your review and consideration. Agreement to these terms is required for the application to proceed. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, please contact the Conference Managers at iconn2018@wsm.com.au. Make Your Online Application Now Simply visit the Conference website and complete the online form to make your application. All applications will be acknowledged in writing. Once the application is approved, a confirmation will be issued together with a tax invoice. Submission of the online application implies agreement with the terms and conditions noted on the application form. Sponsorship packages will be allocated in order of receipt of application and deposits received. Confirmation of Participation To confirm your sponsorship package, 50% part payment is required upon booking or within 14 days of receipt of your tax invoice. Your booking will only be fully processed and secured upon receipt of this deposit at the ICONN 2018 Conference Office. The balance of payment is required by Thursday 31 August Any booking made after Thursday 31 August 2017 will require full payment upon booking or within 14 days of receipt of your tax invoice. Payment may be made by cheque in Australian dollars or electronic fund transfer. Details of the payment options are included on the invoice. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Office. If you cancel a sponsorship, unless that particular area of sponsorship is resold, the Conference Managers reserve the right to retain monies received. Any sponsorship package cancelled after Thursday 31 August 2017 will incur 100% forfeit. If the balance of payment is not received by the due date, the allocated sponsorship stand space will be cancelled.
