2 This is a list of all current C-Card sites. This list is for service providers only as it is always changing and we want to make sure that service users get the most up to date information available. Some of the sties listed may only operate at certain session times so to make sure please call before visiting or referring any young people. Terms used explained: Access: Open = This organisation is open to all young people although some doctors surgery's will only issue C-Cards to their own patients. Access: Students Only = This issue site will only issue C-Cards and condoms to their own students. Access: Residents Only = This issue site will only issue C-Cards and condoms to their own residents. Access: Clients Only = This issue site will only issue C-Cards and condoms to their own client C-Card = This site will register & distribute condoms as part of the C-Card scheme. You can join the C-Card scheme at these issue sites and get free condoms C-Card Distribution Site = This site does not issue C-Cards but you can get free condoms if you already have a C-Card. = This C-Card site offers Chlamydia screening/ or grab bin facilities EHC = This site is part of the Emergency Hormonal Contraception Scheme.
