BAR stands for Best Available Rate of the day and is dynamic in nature.

11 Terms & Conditions 1. The ITC Hotels Executive Travel Value Plan (ETVP) is valid at all participating Luxury Collection Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, WelcomHotels, Fortune Hotels and WelcomHeritage Hotels. Please refer to the ETVP Rate Sheet for the list of participating hotels. 2. The ETVP is valid commencing 1st December, 2014 till 30th September, An organisation can enroll at any time during this period. Names of personnel furnished by the organisation to whom cards have been/to be issued shall however be revalidated during September, Organisations needing to re-enroll onto the ETVP not having formally done so shall cease to be extended the ETVP benefits. ITC Hotels however reserves the right and nothing aforesaid shall override the right of ITC Hotels to terminate the arrangement, for any reason(s) whatsoever. 3. Enrollment onto the ETVP shall entail a mandatory parking of an interest free minimum deposit of `3 lakhs.the actual amount over and above the deposit shall be determined by the indicated patronage potential and the number of cards requested. The number of cards that can be issued on the minimum pre-parked enrollment deposit shall be upto a maximum of 20 cards. An additional `1 lakh shall need to be deposited should additional cards be sought. A maximum of upto 15 cards can be issued for every additional `1 lakh. 4. All initial enrollment deposit amounts/payments, determined as per the number of cards issued, for the ETVP shall be made by Cheque / Demand Draft favoring "ITC Limited - Hotels Division" payable at New Delhi. All deposits are interest free. 5. The ETVP room rates are subject to change and shall be advised in writing if and when they are changed. 6. All rates are inclusive of room and buffet breakfast, unless specified. Additional benefits will be as per the service design of the room category. 7. ETVP room rates are exclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges in force from time to time, which shall be extra. This shall be applicable for both Central and State Government taxes/levies. 8. The ETVP rates/benefits are net and non-commissionable and cannot be combined with other rate/promotional discounts or other offers, unless specifically communicated. 9. Room bookings received through a travel agency shall not be entitled to the ETVP rates/benefits. 10. ETVP rates shall be applicable only for day to day transient travel up to a maximum of seven rooms cumulatively booked at any participating hotel for any given date from any and all online and offline reservation/booking source points in India and abroad. The applicability of ETVP rates over and above the seven rooms shall be entirely at the discretion of the concerned hotel(s). Bulk requirements over and above seven rooms including conferences, delegations etc of any size and duration whatsoever shall be governed by separately negotiated rates/arrangements on a case to case basis. 11. The ETVP rates are applicable to all guests. However guests apart from Resident Indian nationals and Foreign nationals residing in India and holding a valid Indian Residence/Work Permit have the option to settle payments with acceptable foreign exchange, at the rate(s) prevailing as on the date(s) of stay at the concerned hotel(s). 12. ETVP discounts can only be enjoyed while staying at participating hotels. Non-residential discounts shall not be applicable across any service. 13. Best Available Rate (BAR) is dynamic in nature and may vary from day to day. 14. Holders of Club ITC Cards shall be governed by the Terms & Conditions of the Club ITC Program. Please log onto: to view the same. 15. Club ITC Cards and benefits shall be valid at participating hotels of the Club ITC Program. Please log onto: to view the same. 16. The benefits of the ETVP are applicable only to the Applicant/Enrolling Company and not to any of its Group, Subsidiary and/or Associate Company(ies). Should any such Company wish to avail the benefits of the ETVP, it shall necessarily need to enroll itself separately with a fresh/separate applicable deposit. 17. The ETVP benefits are non-transferable and are only available to a Club ITC Card holder from the enrolled Company or person formally authorized to be extended the same by the issue of an authorizing communication on the Applicant Company's letterhead, issued prior to the person's check in, into the Hotel(s). 18. If a Member/card holder of the Programme is also a member of any other program, loyalty or otherwise, whose members / card holders are also entitled to benefits (discounts, earning of points or any other benefits / privileges) at ITC Hotels, the Member will have to select the Programme he / she would like to avail the benefits of. A Member cannot avail the benefits of any two programmes simultaneously for the same transaction. 19. A Card Holder shall not be entitled to the ETVP benefits in case the Card is mutilated/defaced. The Applicant Company shall apply in writing for a fresh/new card in the event of a Card being mutilated/defaced. In such cases, the old card shall need to be returned. 20. In the event of the loss of a Card, the Applicant Company shall immediately inform the Club ITC Customer Care - clubitc.care@itc.in, about the loss in writing. The Applicant Company shall be solely and entirely responsible for expenses/misuse incurred due to delay/failure in informing ITC Limited - Hotels Division of the loss of the Card. 21. The Applicant Company shall inform the Club ITC Customer Care, in writing in case any Card Holder ceases to be an employee of the Company. 22. Should the name of the Applicant Company change in any way or manner whatsoever, a copy of the amended change of name certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies shall be submitted together with a formal communication from the Applicant Company on its new letterhead, seeking rectification of the record with the Central Credit Department, ITC Limited - Hotels Division. 23. In absence of a formal communication for change in the name of the Applicant Company, the refund of the initial deposit or balance thereof will be in the name of the entity that enrolled onto ETVP and not in any other company name / individual's name. 24. Should there be a change of the person who has signed the original ETVP Enrollment/Application Form and a new person has been identified/authorized to handle all issues relating to the ETVP on behalf of the Applicant Company, the same shall be formally communicated by the Applicant Company on its letterhead to the Central Credit Department, ITC Limited - Hotels Division, to enable rectify the records and enable direct all future communication to the new authorized/identified person of the Applicant Company. 25. In the event of the Applicant Company wishing to formally exit the ETVP arrangement, the same shall be communicated by the Applicant Company on its formal letterhead duly signed by the person who had signed the original Enrollment/Application Form or by the person currently authorized on behalf of the Applicant Company whose name is on record with the Central Credit Department, ITC Limited - Hotels Division. Together with the communication conveying the intent to formally exit the ETVP arrangement the Applicant Company shall return all the cards issued and in its possession, to ITC Limited - Hotels Division. Communication by shall not be valid. On receipt of the written communication, the amount deposited with ITC Limited - Hotels Division will be refunded after adjusting all dues within approximately 4 weeks time. 26. Organizations which have not formally exited the ETVP, applying for refund at a later stage, shall be subject to the prevailing ETVP Terms & Conditions and the Accounting Policies at the time of refund. 27. Airport transfers are not included in the ETVP rates but can be made available at an extra charge based on the destination where this is sought. 28. The Food & Beverage discount shall not be applicable during dinner at Bukhara and Tian, ITC Maurya, New Delhi & Edo, ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru. 29. Food & Beverage discounts shall not be applicable during special event/festive date(s) as determined by the hotel(s). The same shall be verified at the concerned food & beverage outlet before availing the service. 30. ETVP enrollment cannot and shall not be construed as a guarantee to provide accommodation. The confirmation of a room(s) booking shall be subject to availability of the desired room category. Additionally the hotel(s) reserves the right to identify certain dates/periods as "black out" dates/periods wherein occupancies are expected to be heavy and the hotel(s) sold out. During such dates/periods the hotel(s) shall not be compelled to confirm room booking requests. 31. The check-in time at the hotel(s) is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Early check-in requests are subject to availability of rooms. Should guaranteed accommodation be sought, check-in's before 8 am shall attract the full applicable room rate charges for the previous night plus applicable taxes. 32. Late check-out requests are subject to availability of rooms. Should a room sought to be retained, check-out's after 12 Noon till 6 pm shall attract a half day charge of the applicable room rate plus applicable taxes. Check-out's after 6 pm shall attract the full applicable room rate charges plus applicable taxes. 33. Should it become necessary, ITC Limited reserves the right to withdraw the ETVP scheme in which event ITC Limited will give prior notice for the withdrawals/cancellation of the ETVP Card(s). On the issue of this, the concerned card(s) shall be handed over by the Applicant Company to the Club ITC Customer Care. 34. Acceptance/Execution of this arrangement shall be deemed to be a confirmation by the Company that no benefit, either in cash or kind, has been provided by the Company to any officer or employee, or any relative/associate of any officer or employee of ITC Limited or any of its associate companies in order to secure this arrangement and an undertaking by you not to provide any benefit, either in cash or kind to any such officer/employee/relative/associate as reward or consideration either for securing this arrangement or any other matter relating to this arrangement. 35. Any and all disputes arising out of this agreement/terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclsuive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi. 36. The act of signing the ETVP Application Form shall constitute an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the ETVP Neither Party shall be liable for, nor be in default by reason of, any failure or delay in completion of its obligations under these terms and cinditions/agreement to the extent that such failure or delay is caused, in whole or in part, by force majeure.14. Accepted as force majeure shall be causes such as but not limited to: acts of God; war (whether declared or not); armed hostilities; riots or civil commotion; epidemics; floods; peril of the sea; earthquakes or any other natural calamity; governmental acts or failures; or any other cause or peril, whether of the same or of another nature, to the extent it is beyond the affected Party s reasonable control or not occasioned by the affected Party s fault or negligence. 38. ETVP is not applicable to employees of the ITC-Limited and/or its subsidiary companies. 39. ITC Limited reserves the right to add, modify, amend, withdraw and/or delete any of the benefits, privileges, rules, terms & conditions, participating hotels and any or all aspects of the Executive Travel Value Plan (ETVP) in whole or part, without assigning any reason and with or without prior notice. 40.
