We look forward to seeing you there! OPENING RECEPTION The Opening Reception/Dinner will be in Le Castillon at the Hilton from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This will be informal so you can arrive and depart when you wish. The evening will be hosted by the. TRANSPORTATION Transportation from the airport is being provided based on the schedule in the itinerary you received. HOMEWORK One of the topics you requested in earlier communication was a session on using Social Media. We have shown you at previous meetings how Tourisme Montreal uses Social Media but now we all want to learn more about how planners are using it. Our thought was that your experiences would best illustrate how it is utilized for your objectives. We would like to dialogue best (and worst) practices in this area.
