They are here to provide you with exemplary customer service to enhance your game day experience. Here are just a few examples of how they can be of service to you and your guests: Welcoming you to the stadium Maintaining the integrity of premium seating areas by checking tickets Assisting you and your guests with various game day needs Answering important game day questions you may have * AGGIE HOSPITALITY, the branch of Levy Restaurants at Texas A&M University, is the exclusive food and beverage provider for Kyle Field. They strive to ensure the highest level of food and beverage selection, presentation, service and quality. You will notice a vast array of food items that will be presented each game day. * WHELAN EVENT SERVICES oversees all game day operations. The staff and services provided are to ensure all fans have a memorable and safe game day experience. Some of the staff who may assist you during your visit will be: Ushers, Entry Staff, Emergency Personnel, Security The following information is pertinent for you and your guests to review to ensure the most memorable game day experience: * Club policies apply to all Club members and their guest(s) for all home games. Exceptions to these policies must be in writing and approved by the 12th Man Foundation and the Texas A&M Athletic Department. 3

10 APPROPRIATE CLUB ATMOSPHERE * To provide a friendly game day atmosphere, we ask Club members who may host guest(s) from the opposing universities to accompany their guest(s) in the Club. * Club members will need to supervise their children all times. As a courtesy and safety precaution to fellow premium seat holders, the act of throwing footballs, toys or other items as well as horse-play inside the club is prohibited. * Club members and their guests should dress in an appropriate manner. * Club members may enjoy their favorite beer, wine or mixed drink in the comfort of their Club seat or inside the club area. * The Club will close one hour after the post-game press conference or at midnight, whichever comes first. 10

11 STADIUM ENTRY * All Kyle Field entries open two hours prior to kick off. * No re-entry If you leave the stadium, you will not be allowed to re-enter. Stadium Pass Outs are against Kyle Field and SEC policies and will not be available. * All bags and purses, which must abide by the new clear bag policy, will be checked before you can enter the stadium: * As you enter the stadium, all tickets will be scanned and wristbands checked. * Items not permitted into Kyle Field on game day include but are not limited to: Car seats, umbrellas, strollers, ice chests, pets, outside food or drinks Firearms Licensed or unlicensed carrying of a weapon on the premises is a felony Tobacco Products Traditional cigarettes and E-cigarettes which include Vapor cigarette products CLUB ENTRY AND EXIT * Zone Club: Entry 5 To visit another area inside the stadium, a Zone Club Pass-Out will be provided upon request at the Club elevator area. * All-American Club and Legacy Club: Entry 3 To ensure the integrity of your premium seating area, wristbands will be checked every time you enter and exit the club area. The wristband gives you access to premium seating areas that correspond to your ticket. 11

12 TICKET INFORMATION * Ticket Window opening hours North and West side of stadium: Four hours prior to kickoff East side of stadium: Two hours prior to kickoff * Everyone admitted to the Club area on game day, including infants, must have the appropriate Club game day ticket. WILL CALL * To leave or pick up tickets, Will Call ticket windows are located adjacent to the following entries: Zone Club: Entry 5 All-American Club: Entry 3 Legacy Club: Entry 3 FLASH SEATS * Flash Seats is a paperless ticketing service and is the preferred ticket delivery method of the 12th Man Foundation and Texas A&M University. * It offers easy access to events with 100 percent online seat management. * When you convert your tickets to Flash Seats, you will have the flexibility of managing your tickets right up to game time. * If you sell your tickets on Flash Seats, the recipient of your tickets will receive their wristband in the Wristband Assistance line at the game. * As an added bonus, season ticket holders are never charged a fee for selling or transferring their season tickets on Flash Seats. * It is simple to convert your tickets for the season or on a game by game basis by going to the Flash Seats website: aggies.flashseats.com. * If you are unsure how to convert your tickets, contact the 12th Man Ticket Office at * Check aggies.flashseats.com when you need extra tickets for games. 12

13 WI-FI ACCESS * Wi-Fi access will be available in the Club area on game day. FOOD AND BEVERAGES Aggie Hospitality is the exclusive food and beverage provider for Kyle Field and will ensure the highest level of food and beverage selections, presentation, service and quality. Each week Aggie Hospitality will present an array of food items. * Outside food and beverages are prohibited from being brought into Kyle Field. * Alcoholic beverages purchased inside the stadium cannot be removed. * Alcohol service ends one hour post game or at midnight, whichever comes first. * Texas A&M Athletics, the 12th Man Foundation and Aggie Hospitality are committed to responsible alcohol service. Club bar attendants reserve the right to ask for valid photo identification from any guest consuming alcohol, as well as to refuse service to any intoxicated patron. Minors, by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. 13
