1 ACE RADIO PROMOTIONS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS Name of promotion Stations Involved Promoter Company Representative General Conditions Great Aussie Getaway AY ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd ABN: Hume Street, Albury, NSW, 2640 NSW Permit Number - LTPS/16/08405 Brendan O Loughlin General Manager 2AY For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred to as The Promoter. Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees. Participating businesses, including business owners are ineligible to enter. These terms and conditions can be collected at the reception desk of 2AY Hume St, Albury, NSW, 2640 and can be viewed online at Competition Period 1. PROMOTION DATE: Entries open: Friday 21st of October 2016 at 6am Entries close: Thursday 1st of December 2016 at 5pm Prize Draw: Saturday 10th of December 2016 at approximately 9.50am

2 Entry Method Over the above entry period, people will be encouraged to visit and fill out the common online entry form and select a destination they would like to go for the Great Aussie Getaway Promotion Entry is open 24hrs a day throughout the duration of the promotion, Friday 21st of October 2016 to Thursday 1st of December Entry is free. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter s database not at the time of transmission by the entrant. From Monday 24th of October 2016 a competition call will be made each weekday Monday to Friday from the pool of online entries. Once a finalist has answered the phone call and selected a destination, this option is binding and cannot be reversed and is not available to any other entrants. Once you become a finalist, you are ineligible to enter the competition again. We will be drawing one entry from pool per day during the competition period. We will have a total of 30 finalists. After the final competition call, all entrants who selected the prizes will be place into the final draw to be held on Saturday 10th December 2016 at 9.50am. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter. Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and/or redeeming a prize. Should an entrant s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

3 Conditions The promoters decision is final and the promoter and its affiliates will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result. The prize includes flights, accommodation, transfers and some meals as detailed in the PRIZE DETAILS section of this document. Once the winner has selected a destination, it will not be able to exceed $6000 No other costs will be included, other than those detailed in the PRIZE DETAILS section of this document. This prize is non transferable and not redeemable for cash. Prize is valid until June 30th If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years these terms and conditions must be signed by the prize winner s parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded and the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the prize winner s parent or legal guardian. The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to participate in the final draw: Drivers License Proof of age card Current Passport Defence Force Identification Card The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result. A current passport and travel visa are the responsibility of the prize winner. Availability to travel on the nominated prize date and times are the responsibility of the prize winner. All entrants give permission for ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. to advertise that they have won along with the details of the prizes - including costs. ACE Radio Broadcasting, their agents and affiliates will not be held liable for any defective prizes or misuse of any prize or for any claims, liability or loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by ACE Radio. Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the

4 responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter or (consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The promoters decision is final and the promoter and its affiliates will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result. Proxy Details Grand Draw and Conditions If a daily winner does not provide a proxy ACE Radio representative will provide the proxy. A written letter of authority will be required from any person that chooses to nominate a proxy. In the case that a person who has been nominated as a proxy is the winner, the winner will be deemed to be the original winning recipient. The Grand Draw will be held on Saturday 10th of December at 2AY Studios HUME ST ALBURY NSW 2640 with the draw to commence at approximately 9.50am. One name will be drawn at random from the pool of 30 entries and that person will be deemed the winner of the prize they have selected from the Great Aussie Getaway. All entrants must produce a satisfactory piece of identification on the day of the Grand Draw in order for a ACE Radio representative to be adequately satisfied that they are the person that has filled in the competition entry form.
