3 EMU Catalog Instructions Step 1 Find your service year. You may select an item from your service year, or any previous service years. (Ex. 40 years of service honoree can select any gifts from 10 years to 40 years range) Step 2 Find the item code you wish to order. Step 3 Complete the order form at the end of this catalog Step 4 Step 5 Send your completed order form to HR Benefits (Contact info on bottom of order form). You will be notified when your order is available for pick up. Step 6 Pick up order from Campus Bookstore (Level 1 Student Center).
