9 PERSONAL WIRE TRANSFER TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO CROWN CASINO ACCOUNTS STEP 2 CONTACT US All wire transfer receipts must be sent to the Aussie Millions Operations Team at Poker funds ((pokerfunds@crownmelbourne.com.au) or presented upon your arrival at the Casino Cage. If you cannot provide a receipt then your funds will not be released. STEP 3 ACCESSING YOUR FUNDS ONCE YOU ARRIVE As mentioned above, you will need to present your receipt at the Cage in the Poker Room. If you do not already have a Crown Rewards account, an account will be created for you at the Cage so please have your passport with you for this purpose. Your funds cannot be released until you have a Crown Rewards account open. Any foreign currency cash presented to the Cage, (over AUD$1,000) can be held for the duration of the Aussie Millions Tournament and re-purchased at the same rate. Transactions for AUD$1,000 or more will require identification (e.g. Passport or Driver s Licence).

10 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The 2018 Aussie Millions Incentive Program ( Program ) is governed by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Participation in this Program constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Information on how to enter the Program form part of these conditions of entry. 4. Entry into this Program is open to all Crown Rewards members ( Members ). 5. The Program registration and earn period commences at 2.30pm on Friday 26 January 2018 and will conclude at 11.59pm on Monday 5 February 2018 ( Registration and Earn Period ). 6. The Program redemption period commences at 12.00pm on Wednesday 10 January 2018 and will conclude at 11.59pm on Thursday 8 February 2018 ( Redemption Period ). 7. A copy of the Program Terms and Conditions will be available for viewing at Crown Poker Room s Tournament Registration Booth. HOW IT WORKS 8. To participate in the Program, Members must complete the steps described in clauses 9 and 10 during the Registration and Earn Period. All Tournaments will be held during the 2018 Aussie Millions Poker Championship ( Aussie Millions ) at the Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, VIC, Members must register and enter the following Tournaments being held during the Aussie Millions as listed within one (1) of four (4) offers to qualify for an offer described below ( Offer ): a. Offer 1: i. Main Event, commencing at 12.30pm on Sunday 28 January 2018; and ii. $100,000 Challenge, commencing at 12.10pm on Sunday 4 January b. Offer 2: i. Guests of Members are not eligible to participate in the Program. 12. No other method of entry into the Program will be accepted. OFFERS 13. A qualifying Member, having fulfilled the requirements described in clauses 8 to 10 inclusive, will receive the following rewards dependent upon the Offer he/she qualifies for: a. All rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and some blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays. Bookings are essential. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PATRONS 15. All rewards are non-negotiable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash. 16. Qualifying Members will be notified in writing and via telephone. 17. This Program, including redemption of rewards, is only open to qualifying Members aged eighteen (18) years and over. 18. Members participating in this Program are bound by The Mahogany Room Membership Rules, Crown Rewards Rules and the 2018 Aussie Millions Poker Championship Terms and Conditions. 19. Crown shall not be liable in any way if registrations are unavailable as a result of technical malfunction or operator fault. 20. If an Offer (or any part thereof) is not able to be redeemed by 12.00am on Tuesday 13 February 2018, that Offer (or any part thereof) will be deemed forfeited. 21. The Crown Melbourne Hotel rebate (as described in clause 13) may be used towards a Member s room stay, including room service, mini bar, valet parking, Crown Spa and ISIKA Spa treatments (excluding products) and Crown-owned restaurants (excluding Dinner by Heston, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Rosetta Ristorante, Spice Temple, The Atlantic, Cervo, Food Court, Lucky Chan and Snack bars). The rebate applies to one (1) room only and cannot be shared across multiple hotel rooms. 22. Subject to clauses 13 and 21, all meals, beverages, tours, tips, transfers and any other extras not stated in the Offer descriptions above are the sole responsibility of the qualifying Member (including his or her guest(s)). A credit card imprint may be required at booking a Crown Melbourne Hotel room to cover additional expenses. 23. Offers are not valid at Crown retail outlets, including Crown Lobby Shop or Crown Gifts. 24. Airport transfers are limited to two (2) trips per Offer. 25. VIP access to Club 23, Co. and Therapy and exclusive access to The Mahogany Room is limited to two (2) guests per Program and are subject to availability, dress standards and Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. 26. As stipulated in the 2018 Aussie Millions Poker Championship Terms and Conditions, Tournament start times listed in clause 9 are subject to change without warning. 27. Where a Member (including his/her guest(s)) is not able to redeem any part of the Offer due to physical inability or incapacity, poor weather or any other circumstances beyond Crown s or the reward provider s reasonable control, then that part of the Offer will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or any other prize, goods or services. 28. Crown reserves the right and licence to use a Members names, suburbs, photographs, images and likenesses for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown and the Crown Entertainment Complex.

Crown will handle Members personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Crown s privacy policy, which is available at Subject to clauses 16, 28 and 29, Members personal information collected during this Promotion will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless such disclosure is required by law. 31. This Competition is not open to Members or other persons excluded from the casino pursuant to the provisions of the Casino Control Act 1991 (Vic) or who are otherwise prohibited from entering the Crown Entertainment Complex for any reason, including persons who become prohibited before or after the Registration and Earn Period and the Redemption Period (up to the time of collection of a reward). 32. This clause does not apply to the extent that Crown s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of Crown in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to a Member in the ordinary course of Crown s business. 34. Crown reserves the right to modify or cancel this Program at any time, but will only do so if this is unavoidable (for example, if the Program cannot run for technical or administrative reasons that cannot be rectified). Crown will update these Terms and Conditions as soon as is practicable if this occurs. 35. Crown s decision in connection with any aspect of this Program will be binding and final on each Member. 36. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of any Member. Disqualification will be at Crown s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. 37. Crown practises the responsible service of gaming and the responsible service of alcohol. 38. Crown means Crown Melbourne Limited ABN
