Working on an exhibition of part of the collection (Picasso, Chagall, Goya) in Season. Visit Florida Webinar International June 12 th Florida Travel Chat on Twitter June 23 rd. Will promote at July 4 th event. Grove Week Held initial meeting with Artists Alley. Jarrod presented to Public Arts Board to request funding for mural in PGAD to be unveiled during Grove Week. Delray featured in publication for the Beach Buddies initiative with Marina Del Rey California. Example of Partnering for Success Attended meeting with other Visitors Center personnel from around the world. Learned best practices and have made contacts for further assistance. Delray Beach Making Waves in the Hamptons Attended Hot in the Hamptons event to promote Delray Beach. Acquired press contacts from Inside Edition, VH1 and ABC News are planning trips to cover Delray. Attended Hospitality Ice Breaker event for PBC CVB - July 22 nd FRLA Conference July th Travel Writer tours: Lesley Mirza Canadian publications Muses & Visionaries magazine Joint interview with DDA for Parks Catalog article Simone Ferret Interiors magazine

7 July 4 th Held event on July 4 th. Large crowd as usual. Event included sandcastle contest, bike valet, golf cart contest, burger and custard eating contests, beer garden, non-stop musical entertainment, PuttNAround mini golf, mister tent, dunk tanks and kids splash area and fireworks. No issues reported. Held recap meeting with City Staff. Produced final report for distribution. Sent post-event press release. National Night Out Promoted event at July 4 th via ad on large screen and distributed flyers. Joined committee and attending weekly meetings. Sent press release, eblast and posted. Featured link on August online calendar eblast. Grove Week Planning underway for art related activities October 13 th 17 th in Pineapple Grove.
