Appoint an ad hoc committee to review our Structure and Operating Procedures In accordance with our Structure and Operating Procedures an Adhoc Committee has been formed consisting of Percy G, Panel 62 Past Delegate, Jan L Panel 54 Past Delegate, Dale S, Alt. Delegate, Pam F, DCM District 14 and Shawn M DCM District 11. This committee will report their recommendations at the January 2017 Area Committee Meeting.

4 2. Approval of the expenses to request a speaker to attend the Spring Area Assembly. Our SOP s state that The Delegate will be responsible to select a speaker to attend an Area Assembly. Prior approval from the Area Assembly for expenses, within the budgeted amount, must be obtained. Estimated cost is $ Approval of the expenses for the Delegate to attend C.E.R.A.A.S.A (Canadian Eastern Regional Alcoholics Anonymous Service Assembly). Our SOP s.state that Out of Province trips to attend service functions shall require approval of the Area Assembly. CERAASA is being held in Moncton, New Brunswick February 24 26, Estimated cost is $l, Approval of the expenses for the Alternate Delegate to attend C.E.R.A.A.S.A (Canadian Eastern Regional Alcoholics Anonymous Service Assembly). This change will keep the name consistent with what is used at GSO. 7. Motion from Bob T., Area 86 Bridging the Gap Chairperson that the Chairperson appoint an adhoc committee to investigate updating the area 86 map. The committee to comprise of 1 past delegate and 2 Dcms. Announcements from the Chair. Motion to Close the Assembly Close with the Declaration of Unity followed by the Lord s Prayer. This we owe to A.A. s future: to place our common welfare first; to keep our Fellowship united. For on A.A. unity depend our lives and the lives of those to come.
