See page 4 of this newsletter for more details of upcoming events taking place at the MTCC. Reilly Security Winter Uniform With the winter fast approaching we would like to remind all our security staff to come get a winter coat and sweater from head office. The Ministry of Community Safety and Correction Services requires that all security staff working in Ontario display their companies security logo on the outer most part of their clothing. Fines can be issued to security guards who do not follow this requirement.

On the left and above you will see security guards and guest services staff working access control for the recent Toronto FC Games. Rogers Centre Blue Jays 2016 Reilly Security provided security for the Rogers Centre during the Blue Jays 2016 season. With the Blue Jays making the plays offs again this year our security staff were nearly doubled in numbers required to help secure this event. Upcoming Events Metro Toronto Convention Centre Reilly Security will be providing security services at the MTCC for two very large events in November.

The Buildings Show is North Americas Largest Exposition for design, construction and real estate attracting over 30,000 attendees for networking and educational opportunities.

This event is essentially a giant Football Tail gate party meaning our staff will face several challenges presented by the large amount of intoxicated and excited guests.

4 Upcoming Events Metro Toronto Convention Centre Reilly Security will be providing security services at the MTCC for two very large events in November. The 104th grey cup festival and the 2016 Buildings Show. The Buildings Show is North Americas Largest Exposition for design, construction and real estate attracting over 30,000 attendees for networking and educational opportunities. This years 104th Grey Cup Festival will be held at the MTCC. Reilly Security will be protecting this large event requiring nearly 200 security staff. This event is essentially a giant Football Tail gate party meaning our staff will face several challenges presented by the large amount of intoxicated and excited guests. 5 New Trainer Operations Coordinator Rak Ketheeswaran Rak Ketheeswaran has been promoted to be Reilly Security s primary trainer. He is a recent and welcomed addition to the operations team at Reilly, having joined us in Rak s experience includes being a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for more than 4 years and working for over 6 years in security event management. Rak is Certified, through the Stay Safe Instructional Program (SSIP), in Use of Force Instruction. SSIP is recognized in the security industry for providing high level, quality, court defensible instruction training. Rak describes himself as a lifelong learner who has benefitted from many positive learning experiences in his past. He has a keen interest in mentoring and tracking the progress of our employees as they work to achieve their training goals. Use of Force Training Reilly Security offers a practical and hands on Use of Force training program taught by instructor Rak Ketheeswaran. In this course Rak instructs our staff on the proper techniques to defend one self and to restrain a person while using an expandable baton and handcuffs.
