Data Charges The prices vary across different economies, but the average charge is around USD $15 per MB. 6

Roaming arrangements Substitutes: international calling cards were identified as the most common substitutes Pricing information: all 12 participating economies responded that carriers publish roaming price information on their websites Reporting requirements: most participants identified that agencies in their economy require carriers to report on traffic volume and revenues There appear to be some commonalities in the information about roaming arrangements provided to consumers OECD study expand into APEC region?
