9 GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS IMPORTANT DATES APPLICATION ORDER FORM FOR EXHIBITION & SPONSORSHIP NOVEMBER 15TH 2015 SETTLEMENT OF FINAL PAYMENT FOR SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION DECEMBER 15TH 2015 AVAILABILITY OF EXHIBITORS TECHNICAL MANUAL SUMMER 2015 LAST DATE FOR CANCELLATION WITH PARTIAL REFUND NOVEMBER 15TH 2015 EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibi ng company name. Two exhibitor badges per 6 sqm rented exhibi on space will be given (with no access to Scien fic Sessions). Any addi onal badge will be charged an exhibitor registra on fee of EUR 60,00 per badge. An Exhibitor registra on form will be included in the Exhibitors Technical Manual. Distributors visi ng companies have to obtain a regular registra on (i.e Exhibitor badge fee). EXHIBITORS TECHNICAL MANUAL: An Exhibitors Technical manual outlining all technical aspecst of exhibi ng will be circulated in Autumn It will include: Technical details about the Venue Shipping Instruc ons Final Exhibi on details and Informa on Services available to Exhibitors and order forms EXHIBITION LAYOUT: Exhibitors occupying space only booths are required to submit a detailed plan of their booth including height indica ons for approval to the mee ng s exhibi on management company, MCO Congrès. While every effort will be made to preserve the published layout of the exhibi on, the Organisers shall be en tled to vary the layout if this is in the general interest of the exhibi on. All booths must adhere to the rules and regula ons of the Cité Interna onale Congress Centre and those men oned in the Exhibitors Technical Manual. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: PAYMENT CONDITIONS All payments must be made in EURO (EUR) To guarantee the reserva on, a deposit of 50% of the total cost will be invoiced upon receipt of the completed sponsorship order form and is due for payment upon receipt of the invoice. The final balance is due by December, 15th 2015 For booking made a er December, 15th 2015, the full payment is due at the me of reserva on. INVOICE TERMS The Organizing Secretariat will send an invoice for the 50% down payment and will send the full payment invoice one month prior to the deadline men oned above.
