2 Established in 1998, by husband and wife team Gerry and Lindsey Anacleto, Anacleto Design quickly became an award winning design firm with accolades both locally and internationally. Heading into our 15th year in business we have been fortunate to work with extraordinary clients in both commercial and residential design. Our experience in both commercial and residential design has provided our design savvy clientele with a unique, timeless design solution. We pride ourselves on our personalized approach to our work and often build a personal relationship with our clients that lasts long after the project is completed. In 2009, we also founded Homes by Anacleto Design, our sister company, which oversees the design, construction and project management of our residential work. Design-build is literally what we do; we purchase land, research and assess the potential of the site, design the project accordingly, build it and sell it. We offer this One Stop Shop experience for our clients who are seeking a hip, urban design which is paired successfully with old world craftsmanship. With three new complete house projects booked thus far for 2013, it is proving to be another exciting year of growth and success for both companies. In addition to our residential work, an important focus for our firm has been the commercial sector of our business. From our inception we have worked with such award winning companies as Escada, Laurel, Acca Kappa, The Body Shop, Audi Canada and Ace Bakery to name a few. A strong and long standing relationship with Oliver & Bonacini for 9 years provided us with the

3 opportunity to work on such projects as the event space in the TIFF Bell Lightbox and Canoe, one of Canada s most renowned restaurants on the 54th floor of the Toronto-Dominion Centre. Our focus in early 2011 and 2012 was on the design and development of Little Goat which opened in December 2013 for Boka Group (hottest restaurant group in Chicago) and Stephanie Izard (only woman to win Top Chef, winner of James Beard- Best Chef). Under the umbrella of this 9000 sq/ft space customers can enjoy a classic Diner, a Bakery, and Private Dining and when the weather cooperates a roof top patio overlooking the city of Chicago.
