2 OVERVIEW H&R Hassarati Pty Ltd staff and employees are one of the most experienced teams in the demolition industry. Projects which have been undertaken by them include commercial buildings, industrial complexes, shopping centres and chemical plants. H&R Hassarati holds a Safework NSW Class One Unrestricted Demolition Licence, and fully complies with all Australian Standard and Safework NSW regulations. The company s experienced staff and employees have access to a wide range of the latest equipment, fully maintained in accordance with the applicable Australian Standards. The company s demolition equipment ranges from bobcats to 47 tonne excavators. H&R Hassarati staff and employees have completed a number of major projects involving demolition and asbestos removal including the Lend Lease Sydney Entertainment Centre redevelopment, 151 Clarence St for Built, Mirvac s 200 George St project, Harold Park demolition, Veridian Glass factory at Alexandria for CSR, Sunbeam factory at Clempton Park for Parkview Constructions and the former Viridian Glass complex at Ingleburn for CSR.
