The ideal meetings environment is flexible enough to enable any seating arrangement, without distraction and has the technical infrastructure to support multiple devices. Choosing the right meeting space is key to getting the most out of the meeting for delegates. All of our meeting rooms are simply designed, keeping the focus on the trainer and the task in hand. From grab rails and flip charts to whiteboards and projectors, they contain everything you need for creative thinking. They are fully air conditioned to keep delegates comfortable but also, as many trainers prefer, to keep the room cool to maximise the delegate s concentration.

12 LOUGHBOROUGH CAMPUS WORLD NUMBER ONE UNIVERSITY FOR SPORT Loughborough Campus is one of the UK s largest and most extensive single conference sites. The 410 acre campus features over 75 state-of-the-art exhibition, meeting and conference facilities for up to 2000 delegates and the UK s leading sports facilities. All facilities are available during the Easter and Summer periods. With excellent audio visual technology, superb food and a first class service, we are able to deliver a high quality event tailored to your requirements. The campus offers 200 bedrooms during Easter and up to 2500 in the Summer vacation, this is in addition to our 363 three and four star hotel rooms which are available throughout the year.

13 EAST CAMPUS CENTRAL CAMPUS The East Campus skyline is dominated by our inspirational World #1 sports facilities, accommodation halls, lecture theatres and seminar rooms. Available spaces include Sports Hall, Tennis Centre, Netball centre and Badminton centre, all of which can be re-purposed for conferencing and events. The Sports Hall can accommodate up to 1800 theatre style whilst the Tennis Centre happily holds 1200, with a further 700 and 300 in the Netball and Badminton centres. Our lecture theatre holds 147 and is complimented by seminar space for up to 36. Central campus is home to the bulk of our lecture and seminar spaces, with 11 different lecture theatres holding up to 400 and 17 seminar rooms for up to 60. It s also home to the James France Exhibition area the ideal hub for conference activity. With 576m 2 of exhibition or large breakout space, it s surrounded by meeting rooms and, with the bulk of our campus accommodation just five minutes walk away, it s a great central meeting place on campus. MEET Our 410 acre campus features over 180 classrooms, lecture theatres and flexible spaces for up to 2000 delegates, available during summer and Easter periods. Spread over three main areas of campus, they offer a dedicated and focussed environment to learn in. SLEEP The University campus offers 200 bedrooms during Easter and up to 2500 in the summer vacation, in addition to our 363 three and four star rooms which are available throughout the year at our on-site hotel. WEST CAMPUS West campus is home to the Wolfson School and Sir David Davis building, which provide 5 different lecture theatres for up to 300 and seminar space. WEST PARK TEACHING HUB The newest of our campus spaces, West Park Teaching Hub provides a series of high quality lecture theatres, the largest of which holds up to 258. It s also home to Burleigh Court and Holywell Park meaning events can utilise our extended conferencing facilities and 4-star accommodation. It also includes two seminar rooms, collaborative work tables and a central learning and exhibition zone which can be used as two small areas or one large one.
