2 INTRODUCTION The first National Conference of the Transport Australia society (TAs) will be held in Sydney on 26th 28th June 201. A welcome cocktail reception will be held at Luna Park on the Wednesday evening, followed by the (2) day conference at the Hilton Hotel, Sydney on 27th & 28th June. The Conference Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday 27th June at the Hilton Hotel. The theme of the conference will be: SHAPING AUSTRALIA S TRANSPORT FUTURE There will be an opening by a very high-profile Transport Expert and four plenary sessions, with invited speakers, each followed by a Q&A style session and related breakout sessions. There will be four main session topics: 1. The Future of Transport what do we need in 30 and 50 years time, and how do we pay for it? 2. Renewable Energy will provide all our transport fuel needs by Securing our Transport Future what is needed and how will transport behaviour be influenced 4. A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt. Sponsorship acceptance is subject to the review and approval of the Organisers. GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST) All sponsorship items include a 10% goods and services tax consistent with Australia s consumer tax system. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT Full payment must be received within 30 days from the invoiced date for the application to be considered. All payment must be made in Australian Dollars.
