8 2011 RECAP: FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE Performance Recap MINT S 2011 CORE PERFORMANCE INCREASED BY 55%, PRIMARILY ATTRIBUTABLE TO BETTER PERFORMANCE OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS, NAMELY THE RESIDENTIAL SALES AND ACQUISITION OF OAKS, AS WELL AS STRONG AND STEADY PERFORMANCE OF THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS.
