Mr. Dang Thanh Tam was born in 1964, graduated Maritime University in Haiphong, also achieved a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business Administration and Diploma of Business and Management of Henley College UK Nearly 20 years experience in developing Industrial park in Vietnam
