7 FY17/18 key highlights Acquisition: Acquired avance 4 in April 2017, a 0.4 million sq ft IT SEZ building in Hyderabad. Acquired six operating warehouses in February 2018 with total floor area of 0.8 million sq ft at Arshiya Free Trade Warehousing Zone in Panvel, near Mumbai. Development: Completed construction of Atria, a 0.4 million sq ft multi-tenanted building in The V, Hyderabad in September Fully occupied as at March Received in-principle approval to add 2.8 million sq ft in The V by redevelopment. Currently constructing a new 0.5 million sq ft multi-tenanted building in ITPB which is expected to be completed in second half of Equity fund raising: Raised S$100 million through a private placement in February 2018 which was subscribed around 2 times. 7
