It has 1,400 member companies giving access to 16,000 contacts from 96 countries. The members are public transport operators and authorities, policy decision makers, research institutes and the public transport supply and service industry. LOCAL HOST The Public Transport Administration (Trafikförvaltningen) at Stockholm County Council has overall responsibility for transport services in Stockholm County. Over people travel by public transport in Stockholm County every day and the number of travellers is increasing every year. The various means of transport buses, the metro, commuter trains, local rail services and boats are all coordinated within an ever-growing transport network.

6 4 THE VENUE Stockholmsmässan is the largest venue in Sweden. It has 76 meeting rooms in all sizes and the total space is m2, of which m2 can be used for exhibitions. Stockholmsmässan is easily accessed from the city center (10 minutes) and airport (48 minutes) directly by commuter train. Close to 7000 hotel rooms are located within 10 minutes walk from the central station. The venue offers one of the best digital infrastructures in the world including a free and reliable open Wi-Fi for up to simultaneous users.
