4 Rotary Ho! - Page 4 LAST WEEK S PROGRAM CONT. Community Raffle The Business end of the Community Raffle is rapidly approaching us and we need to prepare for a very busy time ahead. Sales of Raffle ticket ends this Wednesday, 30 May. We have 2 weeks from that date to collect all sold ticket butts, the cheques for the value of the tickets sold, the unsold tickets and Statutory Declarations for any lost tickets before the Drawing Date on Wednesday, 13th June. There will be a Scrunching Night on Tuesday, June 12 at 7:00 pm at David Cahill s factory at 18 Yazaki Way, Carrum Downs It is suggested that all Rotarians who are responsible for the 54 participant organisations speak the nominated contact of the organisations to arrange a handover as soon as possible to avoid last minute hiccups. It is the responsibility of the organisations Contact to collect the tickets and money from their sellers and complete the summary in the boxed section of the Agreement Form. It is the responsibility of the Rotarian looking after the organisations to check that all tickets sold, returned of lost are accounted for on the Agreement Form, and have both the organisation contact and the Rotarian to sign off. We do not want bags of cash: we want cheques(s) or a receipt for a bank transfer to the account details on the Agreement Form. When the Rotarian is happy that everything adds up, arrange to drop the package off to Mike Goonan for collation FOOTY SEASON TIPPING COMPETITION Footy Tipping Competition This week 7 was top score and now David L is in lead with 59 from Tamey and Jim Baker on 58.
