7 ABOUT IMAC The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman is a non-profit organisation run for and by Cayman s captive insurance industry, including insurance managers, Cayman captive insurance companies and service providers. The association is the unified representative of the captive industry, acting as a liaison with the Cayman Islands Government, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and the private sector, to ensure that its members interests are represented. 8 EXHIBITOR RATES & DETAILS EXHIBITOR PACKAGE (US$6,000) Our exhbitor package includes the following: name and 90 word corporate profile in the agenda brochure, name on the Captive Forum website. an 8 X 10 booth area (except for table top areas - see exhibit hall layout), one 30 X 96 table, clothed and skirted, two chairs, wastepaper basket, electrical outlets, two complimentary delegate passes (full forum- including breakfast, lunch and all evening receptions). All logos and company descriptions etc must be received by Friday, September 8, EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION Registration to be an exhibitor at the Cayman Captive Forum has commenced. Please contact Willie at william.forsythe@caymancaptive.ky or for an application form. If you were an exhibitor at the 2016 Captive Forum we will automatically contact you to advise you that the registration process has commenced. Priority for the booth spaces is given first to Sponsors and then to past exhibitors. Exhibitor registration charges will be processed at April 30 or thereafter.

MOVE OUT Thursday November 30, :30 pm - 6:00 pm Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that all booths, banners etc are collected promptly from the exhibit areas and breakfast/ luncheon tent when the Forum closes so please make appropriate arrangements with the Business Centre which is located on the 5th floor.

10 SHIPPING PROCEDURES TO GRAND CAYMAN If you are shipping materials to the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, please follow the instructions below to help ensure timely and hassle free shipping. All materials should be shipped to arrive no later than Monday November 20, 2017 to allow time for customs clearance. Do not ship for arrival at the Ritz-Carlton more than 14 days (Monday November 13, 2017) in advance of the event. Label ALL boxes and packages with company name, your complete shipper address, phone number and contact person. Contact a customs broker to handle duty charges and clearance procedures when sending any items that have a declared value. Please remember there will be only deliveries during week days (Monday Friday), please arrange with your custom broker. Attach and enclose in each box a commercial invoice that itemises all items, exact quantities of each item and the declared value. Handwritten or cash register receipts are not acceptable by customs. It must be an invoice on company letterhead of either the supplier or group. In order to ensure that the Cayman Islands Government does not charge duty on your booth, promotional items or giveaways, please attach a copy of the Duty Waiver Letter from the Cayman Islands Government to the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (available from william.forsythe@ caymancaptive.ky) on each box declaring that these items are permitted to be imported duty free.
