3 THE LL.M. FAIRS When and where will they take place? June 15 16, 2016 Hotel Glockenhof, Sihlstr. 31, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. June 17 18, 2016 Novotel Köln City, Bayenstr. 51, Cologne, Germany. Who will you meet? We expect a large range of students, law clerks, postgraduates, doctoral candidates and young professionals with a strong interest in studying law in the United States. How can I present my law school? Your university will be assigned to a custom-designed booth in which you can meet with students and display materials, and have the opportunity to schedule private meetings. What are the fees? A law school registering for both fairs will pay an attendance fee of EUR 4,000 plus EUR 500 for the transportation of the booth between the two venues. The fee for one fair only is EUR 2,500. If you book before April 15, 2016 you will receive a discount of EUR 500. Until when do I have to apply? Participation is limited to 25 law schools. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Thursday, June 16, 2016 Lawbility LEXPO A dynamic day program from 11:30 a.m. to 9.p.m. Hotel Glockenhof, Sihlstrasse 31, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland The LEXPO is conducted in a trade-fair format, allowing one-on-one discussions between school representatives and students. In a seperate room, a conference program with various speakers addressing different topics, answering questions and holding discussions on the benefits of an LL.M. will be taking place. LEXPO ist therefore a great platform for all persons in the LL.M. sector. 03

5 TRANSFER: ZURICH COLOGNE Friday, June 17, 2016 Getting from Zurich to Cologne... by plane Zurich Airport Cologne/Bonn Airport (direct flight, duration approximately 1 hour). You can book your ticket via Eurowings website: Eurowings is part of the Star Alliance and provides short distance flights in Europe. On June 17, 2016, there are four flights leaving Zurich directly to Cologne/Bonn Airport: 9:10 a.m.; 1:00 p.m.; 5:05 p.m.; 8:40p.m.... by train Zurich Mainstation Cologne Central Station (No direct trains are available to Cologne. Most of the law students you will meet on June 18 will take part in a day-long seminar on Friday, June 17. Fair is conducted in a trade-fair format, allowing one-on-one discussions between school representatives and students (or small groups). Representatives of the DAJV, the DAJV Student Division & Young Professionals and Brain Capital GmbH (LL.M. Education Fund) will be available throughout the day to answer questions. 5:00 p.m. LL.M. 8 HOW CAN I GET THERE? Arrival/Departure Zurich and Cologne/Bonn Airport are well connected to European Intercontinental Airports and both provide direct flights to and from the U.S. We recommend arriving in Zurich at the latest on Wednesday, June 15 and departing on Friday, June 17 in the morning. We recommend arriving in Cologne at the latest on Friday, June 17 and departing on Sunday, June 19 in the morning. How can I get to Zurich from the United States? The nearest airport with the most frequent flights to and from the U.S. is Zurich Airport. It takes only 12 minutes to get to Zurich mainstation by train or by car, from where it is only a 8 minute walk to our event location. Trains from Zurich Airport to Zurich Main station run approximately every 5 minutes. Paris Hamburg Berlin Cologne Frankfurt Munich Zurich How can I get to Cologne from the United States? The nearest airport with frequent direct flights to and from the U.S. is Düsseldorf, which is 45 minutes from Cologne by train or car. The Cologne/Bonn and Frankfurt airports provide excellent connections as well. It takes 20 minutes from Cologne/Bonn airport into the city and one hour from Frankfurt to Cologne by train. 07
