INFRACON: A NATIONAL PORTAL FOR PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES, ADOPTED BY MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT & HIGHWAYS & ITS EXECUTING AGENCIES FOR NH WORKS. RESULTED IN ELIMINATION OF PAPER WORK DURING BIDDING AND EVALUATION. IMPARTED TOTAL OBJECTIVITY & TRANSPARENCY TO THE BIDDING PROCESS. SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM FOR EQUIPMENT SECTOR HAS BEEN CONDUCTED AT 4 LOCATIONS IN THE STATES OF TRIPURA, ARUNACHAL PRADESH AND ASSAM. THE TRAINING PROGRAM COMPRISED CLASSROOM TEACHING AND HANDS ON EXPOSURE WITH TOTAL DURATION OF 200 HOURS FOR THE MOST DEMANDED JOB ROLES VIZ.
