Please make sure you have your NDIS number ready when booking online Activity costs will vary. For cash payments or assistance with bookings please call or getactive@leisurenetworks.org This program is suitable for participants who can be supported in a 1:4 ratio. If you require a higher ratio please do not book via the website and call us to discuss.
2 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 1 MEETING AND PICK UP POINTS Each activity has a meeting and pick up location listed. Please ensure you keep this with you as a reference. Should the location change a text message will be sent at least 24 hours prior with details. WHAT TO BRING A day pack with a hat, water bottle and sunscreen is always recommended. Each activity has specifics listed. If we require you to bring any other last minute items you will be sent a text at least 24 hours prior to the activity. 2 3 TRANSPORT Home pick-ups / drop offs can sometimes be arranged. Please call us on to discuss. REFUNDS If you cancel from an activity we are not obliged to provide a refund. Refunds will be determined based on time out from activity, ability to fill your place and whether tickets have been pre-purchased. 4 5 THE IMPORTANCE OF MYKI S As we use public transport a lot for our programs, it is vital that all participants have an active MYKI card that is loaded to allow for transport to and from Melbourne (approximately $15) and around Geelong. No MYKI may result in not being able to attend the booked activity.
3 MONDAY 2 JULY GUF & MOVIES 5 10 yrs 9am 3.30pm $20 South Geelong (walking activity if weather suitable). What to bring: Packed lunch (snacks provided), companion card if you have one. Battle it out with friends at GUF gaming centre, have a picnic lunch and then catch a movie for a nice relaxed afternoon. *Possible Minecraft tournament if group interested. Movie options: Incredibles 2, Hotel Transylvania 3 or Show Dogs. GUF & MOVIES yrs 9am 3.30pm $20 South Geelong (walking activity if weather suitable). What to bring: Packed lunch (snacks provided), companion card if you have one. Catch one of the latest movies, enjoy a picnic lunch then battle it out with friends at GUF gaming centre. *Possible Minecraft tournament if group interested. After our popular Melbourne trip in April, we have decided to again visit our states capital for 2 nights of fun and entertainment. Commander Carl Cosmic has orders to send two astronauts, Captain James Link and Flight Engineer Luna Tik out on their first mission aboard the Spud Nik. The Moon, Daisy the Cow and a whole stack of Planets join the adventure. We are putting on a special school holiday trip away to Aireys Inlet for 2 nights with lots of adventure based and social skill building activities including orienteering, giant swing, possum prowl, kitchen garden and low ropes PLUS MORE. Not quite ready to go away for 2 nights? That s ok! There may be options for just a 1-night stay. Please indicate this on your booking and we will be in touch to discuss. WEDNESDAY 11 JULY ANGAHOOK ADVENTURE DAY 5 18 yrs 9am 4pm $15 What to bring: Suitable clothes for outdoor activities and closed toed shoes. Join our campers for a day of adventure activities at Aireys Inlet. Day will include the famous GIANT swing, low ropes, kitchen garden plus other social skill and confidence building activities.
