27 CONCLUSION Sales target of RM4 billion for FY2016 is maintained and on track, anchored by 11 on-going projects primarily in the township and business park segments Upcoming launches include Eco Business Park II BBCC, of which EcoWorld Berhad has a 40% stake EW Bhd will be subscribing a minimum 20% and up to 30% stake in EWI upon its listing and will proportionately recognise EWI s sales based on EW Bhd s stake in EWI RM4.51 billion unbilled progress billings from sales secured up to 31 May 2016 will contribute to revenue and profits Sales target of RM4.5 billion maintained for FY2017
