Elmore Events Centre is a unique facility, ideal for hosting a diverse range of events including exhibitions, equestrian competitions, music and food festivals, vehicle rallies, markets, industry and trade expos, product launches and demonstrations, club or community events and so much more. Conveniently situated within the regional catchment area of north central Victoria and southern New South Wales, and located on the Campaspe River midway between Bendigo, Echuca and Shepparton, Elmore Events Centre has major highway and transport linkages in all directions. Offering 154 hectares of versatile outdoor space, buildings and an airstrip, the Elmore Events Centre is home to the resoundingly successful Elmore Field Days. Whatever type of event, however many attendees, we re the perfect location. This interesting and well-serviced venue alternative has proudly hosted many events, from informal product launches to club national rallies, industry expos and even a 10 day tri-annual Australia Scout Jamboree bringing 15,000 campers and up to 27,000 visitors daily. The venue also has the capacity to provide any assistance required for the successful staging of minor and major events. The small, vibrant community of Elmore and surrounding districts is also exceptionally experienced and well equipped for the provision of additional services.

4 Camping that s second to none. Elmore Events Centre offers you highly adaptable camping facilities for the smallest to largest groups. Sites can be set up anywhere within the fenced and flood lit 32 hectares designated camping area, completely serviced by underground power. Your event can take advantage of the wide open spaces or cosy little corners, all whilst still being able to utilise the strategically positioned power and amenities as needed. 5 We re the home of the Elmore Field Days. Elmore Field Days has gained recognition as one of Australia s premier agricultural field days. Now more than 50 years old, and continuing to go from strength to strength, the first Elmore Field Days were held in October 1964 after a voluntary Committee organised he first comprehensive display of farming equipment and services alongside the Campaspe River. Elmore Field Days runs for three days in October, drawing in over 700 exhibitors and an average attendance of 35,000 patrons each year. Elmore Field Days permanent home is now the Elmore Events Centre. The site has a development cost approaching $2.5 million and is being continuously enhanced by the construction of additional buildings for both the public and exhibitors, and provision of additional services including equipment demonstration areas. As well as exceptional infrastructure and amenities, field demonstrations relating to tillage, cultivation, spraying and fertilising and other input handling has been successfully staged on the Field Days site and are an integral part of the event. It is a community owned and run, not for rofit organisation that strives to maintain its fundamental purpose, an unbiased service to agriculture and community with flow on economic benefit to regional areas. The Committee is determined to remain relevant to its original purpose, while also striving to innovate and present the most up to date event. The perfect location for your equestrian event. An area of the grounds at Elmore Events Centre has been specifically developed for use as the Elmore Equestrian Park. This on-going project is an exciting new development in regional Victoria that will stimulate equestrian activity as an additional facility not previously available. We encourage all equestrian disciplines hold their event at such a wellresourced location. The Elmore Equestrian Park has an indoor arena, suitable for multiple uses including an additional dressage or clinic arena. Lighting is available for evening events. The Elmore Equestrian Park also has a 7 hectare grass arena and 6 outdoor, sand dressage arenas. 6 What people are saying: The grounds and buildings are all kept in a highly presentable manner, making it very user friendly. The addition of the new amenities block was appreciated by all. I personally found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful. The wide open spaces, flexibility of venues and uses, along with the generally good weather in that part of Victoria help to make this a wonderful facility for our purposes. I also noted that when I had need to visit the township of Elmore itself, the people there were very positive and friendly about our presence at the facility over Easter. We are looking forward to our time with you again in 2018! I congratulate the Elmore Field Days committee on not only the work they do on the days themselves, but the work they do throughout the year to make it a successful and enjoyable time for the exhibitors. I love the open space and warmup areas for dressage riders. Elmore is one of the few venues that gives riders ample area to warm up at A on the same surface as the competition arena. Elmore Equestrian Park constantly improves their facilities and takes pride in presenting an immaculate venue for hirers. What an asset to northern Victoria! The Elmore Events Centre has been the ideal central location for us to conduct our group training for students located in the Echuca, Bendigo, and Goulburn Valley region. Along with the conference room which can include projectors, white boards, and tea and coffee facilities, the Elmore Events Centre also offers us plenty of outdoor space for our students to conduct their practical tasks. The staff are welcoming and very helpful with any of our needs and requests, and we look forward to a continuing our relationship with this growing organisation.
