1 Subject: Performance of domestic airlines for the year Traffic data submitted by various domestic airlines has been analysed for the month of Sept Following are the salient features: Passenger Growth Passengers carried by domestic airlines during Jan-Sept 2017 were lakhs as against lakhs during the corresponding period of previous year thereby registering a growth of % (Ref Table 1). 2 The passenger load factor in the month of September 2017 has shown declining trend compared to previous month primarily due to the end of tourist season. 3 Passenger Complaints during the month During September 2017, a total of 606 passenger related complaints had been received by the scheduled domestic airlines.
