19 2011: Manager of a Department (300 staff) of an aviation company we do not really need an SMS. We will just do it in order to meet the requirements. Mr. R. 2015: CEO of another aviation company - 3,000 staff please perform an assessment of our SMS. I want to know how well it performs. Mr. R.
