AMERICAN EXPRESS LOUNGE - DELHI Access to American Express Lounge/s is open only to American Express Platinum Cardmembers Applicable charges will be levied for any additional guest. The entry fee (whenever applicable) would be charged to the American Express Platinum Corporate Card To access the lounge/s, eligible Platinum Cardmembers must show their valid, unexpired American Express Platinum Corporate Card along with airline ticket/boarding pass for travel on the same day Eligible Platinum Corporate Cardmembers and guests must adhere to all house rules, Terms and Conditions of all American Express Lounge/s Access to the Lounge/s is subject to availability All benefits provided at the American Express Lounge/s are subject to change and/or cancellation at any time without prior notice Complimentary entry for accompanying children (below 12 years). Charges to be borne by the Cardmember Programme is open only for Cardmembers carrying a valid American Express Card issued in India Only one entry per Cardmember will be permitted The programme can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by American Express without prior intimation The access to lounges will be available on a first come first served basis & subject to availability of space Respective lounges reserve the right to admission to the lounges and its premises and their respective rules shall be applicable to Cardmembers/guests Lounges can modify its lounge services, operational hours, rates without any prior intimation All taxes are as on date and subject to modification without prior notice Any dispute with regard to the services availed at the lounge shall be directly taken up with the respective lounge authorities and American Express Banking Corp. shall have no liability whatsoever in this regard. PRIORITY PASS The Cardmember will be auto enrolled to Priority Pass membership The Priority Pass Card is not transferable and is only valid upto its date of expiry and when it has been signed by the Cardmember The Priority Pass Card is not a payment Card nor is it proof of creditworthiness and attempts to use it as such could constitute fraud Admittance to the lounges is conditional upon presentation of a valid Priority Pass Card only. Payment Cards will not be accepted as substitutes for the Priority Pass Card Lounge visits are subject to a per person per visit charge, where applicable (depending upon membership plan)

2 Priority Pass Cardmembers accompanied by guest(s) will have to pay a Lounge Visit Fee of US$27 per guest per visit which would automatically be charged to their American Express Platinum Corporate Card When presenting the Priority Pass Card on entering the lounge, lounge staff will either electronically scan or take an imprint of the Card and issue a 'Record of Visit' voucher or receipt to the Cardholder or make a log entry. The Cardholder must sign the 'Record of Visit' voucher or receipt, or sign the electronic reader (as applicable), which will also reflect the exact number of accompanying guests, if any, but does not show any per person per visit charge. The charge per visit for the Cardholder, where relevant, and that for any guests will be based on the 'Record of Visit' voucher/receipt/log submitted by the lounge operator Facilities vary by lounge The majority of the Priority Pass TM lounges accept the Priority Pass Digital Membership Card, but it is recommended that Cardmembers should also carry the physical Card with them at all times For complete Terms and Conditions, please refer to the Priority Pass form or visit PLATINUM AIRLINES PROGRAMME American Express reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time without prior notice and/ or to discontinue the whole Programme Exact details of various airlines and related airlines offers under the Platinum Airlines Programme are available upon request from Platinum Travel Services All airline offers are valid only on bookings made through the Platinum Travel Services and payment through the American Express Platinum Corporate Card All fares quoted for partner airlines offers are subject to all applicable airport taxes, airline fuel charge, government taxes and service fee chargeable either by the airlines and/or the Platinum Travel Services.
