Published Noise Abatement procedures are mandatory unless otherwise ordered by ATC; they may, however, be departed from at any time to the extent necessary to avoid immediate danger. 2. Pilots are reminded to conduct their flights so as to cause the least practicable disturbance to the local community. 3. Use of reheat/afterburner prohibited unless operationally essential. PRACTICE DIVERSIONS 4. Practice diversions are strictly PPO (local) daily and will not normally be approved after 2200 (local). When approved, recovery will normally be by PAR. VFR RECOVERIES 5.
