5 Build Operate Transfer (BOT) Airport Projects TAV ISTANBUL İstanbul Atatürk Airport - Turkey The two-phase contract value total was 397,000,000 USD. İstanbul Atatürk Airport is currently being operated by TAV. TAV ANATOLIA Ankara Esenboğa Airport - Turkey TAV has been awarded the BOT project of Esenboğa Airport, Ankara, Turkey; and it has a contract value of 250,000,000 USD. TAV IZMIR İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport Turkey The construction of the İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal Building has a contract value of 155,000,000 USD. TAV GEORGIA Georgia Tbilisi Airport Georgia TAV will construct and operate the Tbilisi Airport and will make e an airport investment of USD 77,000,000 in Georgia.

TAV CAIRO Cairo International Airport TB3 - Egypt TAV has been assigned to construct a new terminal in Cairo, Egypt International Project (TB3/03). The project is financed by the World Bank. The airport, with a terminal building area of 164,000 m2, and a capacity of 11 million passengers per year, has a contract value of 350,000,000 USD.

25 Airport IST TAV ABS s first version (TAMS) went live in the first quarter of 2001 The components (using today s s names) introduced first were IX, AODB, AFMS, SFMS with CMS, TMS and RMS being released in the 2 years following the release of TAMS This major undertaking had the following goals: Reduce IT spending Capture detailed usage statistics to accurately bill revenue Create a proactive rather than responsive support team Improve Quality of Service (QoS( QoS) Improve Resource Usage efficiency
