28 DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT Continuing business terms and contract structure discussions between Edgemoor, Aviation and the airline partners Once finalized by all sides, the business terms and structure will be incorporated into the Development Agreement On track to complete negotiations

29 COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT February 28 KCAD, Airlines and City legal team met to review and discuss CBA terms MOU, CBA and Term Sheet were submitted to FAA for its review, comments and approval. FAA is considering the CBA. April 19 Conference call with FAA Regional and FAA DC May 24 City submitted supplemental information for FAA s consideration July - FAA response letter expected back by end of the month

30 COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT KC Strategic Partnership Program Graduation September 2018 Next class anticipated to start this fall Low-Interest Loan Program Managed locally by Lead Bank Two companies have applied
