1 TripCase Basics For Travelers February

2 TripCase is a one-stop web and mobile application that, quite simply, makes life easier for travelers. By monitoring trip details and anticipating traveler needs, TripCase offers relevant advice and smart solutions whenever and wherever needed. Travelers receive critical flight alerts, weather delay updates, security notices and other valuable information, all free of charge. TripCase helps people travel with less stress. 2

9 Set Up Your TripCase Connections At TripCase > My Trips > View Trips > Share Itinerary Set up others you wish to keep informed about your flights arrival status. 9

10 Calendar Setup At TripCase > Calendar Update calendar trip-by-trip by downloading and importing.ics file Manage autosynchronization for ALL trips using Subscription Method *Additional calendar documentation available upon request. 10

11 Trips Imported to TripCase Are Immediately Viewable After importing a trip into TripCase, travelers see the details of the most timely, relevant travel segment During travel = current or upcoming flight, hotel, etc. Prior to travel = first segment in next upcoming itinerary Travelers can manually add any trip-related elements including ground transportation, dining plans, other activities the list goes on and on confirmations for anything not booked by your travel agency may be sent directly to trips@tripcase.com 11
