2 Home page Welcome to the AmadeusCytric home page. This modern user interface users intuitive icons making a simple booking experience and quick to navigate.. This menu function will give you access to Icons Help which will explain all the icons you will see through your booking experience. 207 CWT 2

5 Travel arranger Travel arranger can easily book travel by accessing the Travel Arranger Dashboard 207 CWT 5

6 Travel arranger Search for the traveller or travellers you wish to book for in the search bar. 2. Select the traveller or travellers and their name will appear at the top of the screen. 3. The calendar view will show any bookings for your travellers 4. Start the booking process by clicking on the relevant travel tab 5. To return to your booking screen click here 2 Caution; when booking for more than one person AmadesuCytric will look for the lowest fare based on the number of people. For example if you book for 2 people the lowest fares will be based on 2 seats. A single traveller may find a cheaper fare 207 CWT 6

9 Booking a flight AmadeusCytric is best used for simple return or one way journeys, for more complex journeys please contact your local CWT team.. Click here to book a one way flight 6 2. 10 2 Booking a flight The results page will show all the flights subject to the travel policy, clearly showing what is in and out of policy. Your company preferred and CWT fares will be available. On the top of the screen you will see where you are in the booking flow.. Booking Flow The left hand side of the screen is where your filters are located 2. Filters. 207 CWT 0

12 Booking a flight Having access to all fares and schedules on one screen allows you to make more informed and conscious decisions. You can easily compare airline and rails providers and benefit for the lowest prices. Very clearly indicating if your request is in or out of policy. In Policy Out of policy 207 CWT 2

13 Booking a flight. Hover your cursor over these fares to view round trip fares to easily compare and find the best availability and price for both outbound and inbound flights. Or select your outbound flight and scroll down to select your return flight 207 CWT 3

15 Booking a flight You can very easily compare different fares including baggage details, the cost to make changes and applicable refunds. Scroll down the page will show best buy alternative options. Click continue 207 CWT 5

20 Booking a hotel Enter destination city of address, Or click on last hotel booked 2. Add check-in and check-out dates, these will be pre-populated if booking in conjunction with a flight 3. Add occupancy 4. Enter Trip purpose, this can be optional depending on configuration 5. Continue 207 CWT 20

Filter results by search radius, star rating, hotel facilities, hotel chains, or hotel which name includes. 3. Sort by Price, distance, name, hotel chain and preferred hotel chain. 207 CWT 2

Add drop-off point Airport/City or enter an address, in this example drop-off is at the aiport. 3. Enter pick up and drop off dates and times 4.
