The agreements will complete the CMA CGM offering on the biggest global maritime markets: On the Asia-Europe trade: 4 weekly services, which complete the 2 existing services, thereby offering 6 departures per week On the Asia-Mediterranean trade: 4 weekly services, 2 to the Mediterranean, 1 to the Adriatic and 1 to the Black Sea the only one on this market On the Transpacific trade: 4 weekly services to California and 1 service to the Pacific Northwest (United States and Canada) On the Asia-US East Coast trade: 1 service via the Suez Canal and 1 service dedicated to the Gulf of Mexico. The agreements on the Transatlantic trade are being finalized and will soon be announced.

6 PAGE 6 CMA CGM, your partner to the Red Sea; now direct ex Antwerp Starting with m/v AIN SNAN (ets BEANR 10/10), CMA CGM will be offering a direct service ex Antwerp to the Red Sea Ports (Jeddah, Aqaba, Djibouti, Port Sudan, Hodeidah, Aden) with very competitive transit times. By opening this service we will be able to offer both controlled temperature shipments (REEFER) as well as Out of Gauge shipments (OOG) from Antwerp. 7 PAGE 7 Tariff & Surcharge Updates Ocean Freight amendments In a continued effort to provide quality services, CMA CGM group hereby informs of a Rate Restoration Program From Europe to Asia - GRI on Reefer Rates Fish & Seafood CMA CGM has decided to apply a General Rate Increase on Fish & Seafood Cargo (REEFER Shipments in 20 RF and 40 RF): - effective as from November 1 st, USD 1,000 per container - scope: Fish and Seafood cargo, Europe to Asia The above rate restoration will take effect on the basis of the onboard day shown onthe Bill of Lading. Veerle Verbrugge From Asia to North Europe Westbound CMA CGM hereby informs its valued customers that the application of our General Rate Restoration (GRR) of USD 500 / TEU will be postponed to October 15th,2014. The GRR will therefore be applied as follows: Origin Range: from All Asian ports (including Japan, South East Asia and Bangladesh) Destination range: to all Northern European ports (including UK and the full range from Portugal to Russia) Cargo: Dry cargo, OOG's, Paying empties, Break-bulk and Reefer cargo Date of application: October 15th, 2014, on board date Lera Parchina Ingrid Heymans

12 PAGE 12 Rules and Regulations Container Weight Control Weight calculation is central to the vessel s safety and capacity management. Without correct information on weight; ship crew safety and vessel filling factors are jeopardized. In this respect, for all bookings taken, below principles have to be applied: - Container weight must be above Tare weight. - Container gross weight must be consistent with commodity weight.
