1 WINNER 7 PLATINUM Winner 7 Platinum is a company authorized to sell and buy precious metals. Every customer who wants to purchase on Winner 7 Platinum online shop must register by entering his personal data in the form on join us page. In case he was informed by a friend about Winner 7 Platinum the customer is asked to insert his friend s personal code. Inside the website there is a section called Metal Power Program (M.P.P.) accessible from the top menu. In order to be allowed to use the Metal Power Program, the customer must subscribe the MPP plan which has an annual membership fee of 7. Metal Power Program offers the customer the opportunity to freely purchase 10 different types of platinum bars. The weight of the bars is described in table 1.1. The value of platinum within the Metal Power Program is determined by Winner 7 Platinum which holds the right to change it at any time due to the value determined by the world market. Table 1.1 Grams 0,25 0, Euros All the purchases are tied to the development program described in paragraph 1.2 The customer who has purchased a portion of platinum will have acquired its real ownership at the end of the program and at that moment will be able to ask the delivery. The minimun grammage of platinum that can be requested is 1 gram. All the shipping costs are charged to the customer. 1.2 ( M.P.P. ) Metal Power Program Description Within the Metal Power Program each platinum purchase of is identified by a name (check-in) and refers to a virtual flight destination towards one of the national capital cities described in table Capital Rome Madrid Paris Berlin London Moscow Brasilia Washington Tokio Sofia The customer who buys a certain weight of platinum becomes the flight commander. Once the check-in has been made, the flight to the destination begins and the landing (check-out) takes place when there are six passengers and the commander on board.
2 When the customer buys the platinum portion, he s asked if he wants to recieve the platinum once he reaches his destination or if he wants to sell it again to Winner 7 Platinum. In the first case Winner 7 Platinum will ship the platinum to the customer by debiting the shipping costs. In the event that the customer asks to sell the platinum back to Winner 7 Platinum, the company will buy it at the value shown in table Tab Platinum purchase M.P.P. ( ) The customer who has completed the flight in the times and conditions established by M.P.P will receive an extra bonus for having reported to Winner 7 Platinum, directly or indirectly, new customers who have joined the M.P.P. (see table 1.2.3) Table Winn Winn Shop Within the Metal Power Program all bonuses and all payments are governed by a virtual currency called Winn. The value of 1 Winn is set at 1. As shown in table a Winn Shop has the same value as a Winn (1 Winn = 1 Winn Shop = 1 ), but Winn Shops can only be used to purchase from the Winner 7 Platinum online store. The Metal Power Program sets the duration of each individual virtual flight as shown in table Once the deadlines have expired if there are not 6 passengers on board, the flight captain will receive a coupon of the same value as the flight. The coupon expires after 30 days from its issue and will be usable only once in the online store or to purchase another virtual flight (other than the same one not completed successfully). Metal Power Program has two fly functions: Manual and Automatic. The customer who subscribes to the Metal Power Program has the right to choose at any time the function to be used. Function 1 AUTO PILOT The customer who decides to use the autopilot function allows the sale of the platinum part purchased initially to Winner 7 Platinum at the end of the flight. The autopilot function performs a series of operations as listed below:
3 At the end of each flight purchased by the customer and successfully completed with 6 passengers on board, the platinum part is repurchased by Winner 7 Platinum without further additions from the customer. The customer is recognized the value of the flight and any bonuses expected. At this point Autopilot always reopens the flight to Rome, if the customer is not already present and at the same time opens the next flight to the one just finished, provided that the customer is not present; if it is present, the self-pilot reopens the flight just ended, after checking that there are sufficient credits (Winn) in the personal wallet of the customer to make this movement. The manual functionality is completely managed by the customer who has the right to decide when to proceed with the purchase of flights. The customer reported is considered a direct contact if at the subscription he fills the appropriate field with the personal code of the friend who told him about Winner 7 Platinum and MPP. Each purchase on the online shop generates a sum of Blue Points and Yellow Points. Yellow Points affect the career level of their owner and each career level determines a percentage of incomings. Yellow Points value is set at 1 of purchasing. Once certain yellow point values have been reached, the corresponding qualification is achieved and consequently the percentage of earnings developed on the blue points according to table 2.1. Blue points are awarded by Winner 7 Platinum to each product sold in the online store based on the profit generated. Yellow points are summed from the bottom line to the upline and never expire. Blue Points are awarded on every single purchase done by customers of the structure. Blue Points are summed from the bottom line to the upline during a certain month. At the end of the month Blue Points are used to determine the earnings of a customer according to his career plan. Each month Blue Points are set to zero. The earnings percentage is calculated on the entire structure by difference on the percentage of the downlines. All the earnings obtained during a month are paid by the company to the customer on the twentieth day of the following month directly on the client's portfolio in the back office, according to the following table: Points Blue GLOBAL REVENUE Winner 7 Platinum gives to its customers the opportunity to buy a total ammount of 200 Global Revenue Global Revenue is an educational program designed to develop selling and communication skills. The goal of Global Revenue is to give people the opportunity to grow their earnings and their revenue. To each Global Revenue subscriber will be recognized another percentage of earnings based on the 2% of the company profit, deducted VAT and divided among the 200 possessors of the Global
5 Revenue. The price of the Global Revenue will be reported and updated inside the Metal Power Program. To achieve the goal and obtain the earnings the Global Revenue owners must meet the requirements as shown in table 3.1 Table. 3.1 Personal Yellow Points Group Yellow Points These requirements must be met from the seventh month of Global Revenue purchase. 4- WITHDRAWAL OF CREDITS (WINN) The customer can request the payment of thewinn accumulated in his wallet at any time. The minimum amount that can be requested is 50 Winn. The credit is paid via PayPal in 3 working days. 5-UNSUBSCRIBE All customers registered on the website www. winner7platinum. com can voluntarily decide to request the cancellation of the personal identification code by sending a registered letter to Winner 7 Platinum ltd - 52 Nikola Petkof blvd Sofia - Bulgary. With the unsubscription the requesting customer will lose the rights, rewards, bonuses or bonuses previously accrued. 6-CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL CUSTOMER IDENTIFIER CODE BY WINNER 7 PLATINUM LTD The company reserves the right to cancel any customer identification code in case of violation of the following rules: Use of the company brand without written consent from the company.
