Flight availability according to available booking classes in CRS OW / RT / CT / OJ; only routings starting in Switzerland Only single OW routings to Switzerland permitted at Y- and J-class level only Credit card / CASH / Invoice Six months as from date of issue Further restrictions may apply for special-fare tickets (in line with fare charged) Routing transiting Switzerland will be counted as twice an allotment Ex. 5 Procedure Reservation and ticketing will be handled by travel agents themselves, they will control and be responsible for the AD allotment. It is mandatory to use the correct IATA number: 812xxxxx Please use the IATA number written on your allotment notification.
