A focus on the prioritisation and financing of the development of air transport systems in these States has the potential to unlock the benefits that sustainable aviation generates. The Aviation Partnerships for Sustainable Development project, being led by ICAO, will support States in achieving related commitments undertaken through the 2030 Agenda, the Istanbul Programme of Action, the Vienna Programme of Action, and the Samoa Pathway.
