1 SUBPART A - GENERAL Applicability recognizes, accepts, and complies with all regulations pertaining to it's aircraft in reference to (a) and (b) and has applied for part 298 exemption in a forma and manner described by the administrator, on form OST will be operating small, single engine turbine and mufti-engine aircraft, with less than 20 passenger seats, and a minimum payload capacity of less than 6,000 pounds, VFR, day and night, Passengers and Cargo, Single and Multiengine Pilot In Command with Operations, Maintenance and Training Manuals Compliance Schedule for Operators that Transition to Part 121 of this Chapter, Certain new Entrant Operators N/A does not operate large aircraft Rules Applicable to Operations Subject to This Part will maintain a current copy of the Regulations and will comply with applicable rule of this chapter and Part 830, when operating in the US and Annex 2 Rules of ICAO, or the regulations of any foreign country, whichever applies, when operating outside the US. They will also comply with any rules of Part 61 and 91 of this chapter and this part that is more complied with without violating that annex of those regulations when operating outside of the U.S Applicability of Rules to Unauthorized Operator holds an ATCO operating Certificate, and Operations Specifications, and is authorized to operate Previously Trained Crewmembers understands, accepts and complies with the requirements of this rule. Training curriculums for each situation are outlined in the Training Manual Emergency Operations, Section VIII.

2 Manual Requirements The manual have been submitted for acceptance. After the manuals have been accepted by the Caribbean FSDO they will be used by flight, maintenance and ground personnel in conducting their operations. The company will maintain one copy of the manual at the principal operations base. The manual must not be contrary to any applicable FAR, Foreign Regulations applicable to the operation in foreign countries, or operating certificate and operations specifications. The company will provide copies of the manual or portions, including changes and additions, of it to maintenance, ground personnel, flight personnel and the certificate holder principal operations and maintenance inspector assigned by the FAA. Each employee shall keep its manual up to date with the changes and additions furnished to them by the department s supervisor and each employee will sing the revision letter and return it to his supervisor as proof of receipt. A copy of the required manuals must be carry aboard the aircraft. An inspection program manual must be maintained at the place where inspections are made and if no manual is available at that station a manual must be carryon the aircraft.

Other Procedures N/A Aircraft Requirements The aircraft operated by are registered as civil aircraft of the U.S. in airworthy condition and with A.A.I.P., C.A.M.P., meet the applicable airworthiness requirements of this chapter, and will continue to be maintained in airworthy condition. The aircraft carry an appropriate airworthiness certificate issued by the U.S. and will be operated by pilots who hold Air Transport Pilot Certificate with Multi-engine-instrument rating and a valid 1 first Class Medical Certificate. has exclusive use of the aircraft and is the owner Stimulant Drugs or Substances will not operate aircraft owned by the company in violation of FAR's will not operate any aircraft knowing that narcotic drugs, marijuana, stimulants, or depressant drugs are carried in the aircraft, EXCEPT when carried by an authorized agent of any Federal or State agency. Allowing this violation is a reason for revocation.

4 Crew Member Certificate, International Operation pilots will apply for certificates (form ) to operate international routes, and will carry FAA Form as their international certificate. pilots will surrender their certificates upon termination of employment or cancellation of operating certificate. SUBPART B - FLIGHT OPERATIONS General recognizes and complies with this part of the FAR's in addition to those on FAR Recordkeeping Requirements will keep at the main office all records for inspection. These records will consist of the operating certificate, operation specifications, list of the aircraft used in the operation, which will be kept for at least 6 months Retention of Contracts and Amendments: Commercial Operators who Conduct Intrastate Operations for Compensation or Hire recognizes and complies with this part of the FAR Reporting Mechanical Irregularities maintains Aircraft Flight and Maintenance Log in each company aircraft, and copies of the same are kept for records at both Operations Office and Maintenance Office. Any Mechanical irregularity is logged in the Maintenance Log repaired, and released, signed for Flight Operations. SUBPART E: FLIGHT CREWMEMBER REQUIREMENTS Applicability Vieques Air Link recognizes, accepts and will comply with this regulation Pilot in Command Qualifications pilots must be qualified prior to being assigned as Pilot in Command. Preface page 14 T.M Operating Experience pilots must complete I.O.E. prior to assignment as P.I.C. for all schedule flights, Section XV, page 5, T.M Pilot Qualification: Recent Experience recognizes, accepts and will comply with this FAR. SUBPART F: FLIGHT CREWMEMBER FLIGHT TIME LIMITATIONS AND REST REQUIREMENTS Applicability recognizes, understands and complies with this part of the FAR's Flight Time Limitations and Rest Requirements: Schedule Operators Section II, Page 25, O.M Flight Time Limitations and Rest Requirements: Unscheduled and Two Pilots Crews.
