2 THREE LEVELS OF AIRSPASE MANAGEMENT IN KRAINE ASM Level Strategic (State Aviation Administration): airspace structure approval; establishment of airspace management rules and procedures; establishment of airspace management rules and procedures for civil-military co-ordination; establishment of airspace use priority rules; monitoring of airspace management rules and procedures accomplishment. ASM Level Pre-tactical (kraerocentre, ): daily airspace allocation between all airspace users on temporary basis in accordance with airspace management procedures and priority rules, established at ASM Level ; Airspace se Plan (AP) compilation and dissemination. ASM Level 3 Tactical (kraerocentre, ): tactical airspace allocation between all airspace users on temporary basis in accordance with AP; activation, deactivation of allocated airspace in accordance with AP; airspace re-allocation depending on current situation; pdated Airspace se Plan (P) compilation and dissemination..solving specific OAT/GAT traffic situations in real-time krainian State Air Traffic Service Enterprise (ksatse) 3 FLEXIBLE AIRSPACE STRCTRES IN KRAINE TSA/TRA Temporary Reserved/Segregated Airspace TSA - Temporary Segregated Areas; TRA - Temporary Reserved Areas; R, D - Restricted and Dangerous AMC-manageable Areas. R, D AMC -manageable areas CDRs Conditional Routes CDR is an ATS route or a portion thereof which can be planned and used under certain specified conditions. CDR - Category One - Permanently Plannable CDR; CDR 2 - Category Two - Non-Permanently Plannable CDR, and CDR 3 - Category Three - Not Plannable CDR.
