1 25 YEARS OF PASSIONATE INVOLVEMENT IN AERONAUTICS Since its creation in 1984, Groupe Aeroconseil has become an acknowledged and unique provider of aeronautical services. This is because Aeroconseil is the only company in the sector whose services cover the whole of an aircraft s life cycle, from design through to operation and possible conversion. This broad spectrum of activity sets Aeroconseil apart as a unique and original player in the aeronautics sector. This experience enables the Group to provide customised assistance to: aircraft manufacturers for their Design Offi ce and Customer Support activities; systems and equipment suppliers in the various phases of system development; airline companies, by applying the standards of manufacturers and OEM, whether in maintenance and modifi cations or in producing the documents necessary to ensure the longevity of the aircraft; aircraft owners and lessors, with tracking of aircraft compliance and asset management; maintenance centres, with expertise in programme management and modifi cation. KEEPING AN EYE ON THE HORIZON Located in the heart of the aeronautical complex in Toulouse, France, Aeroconseil has over the years made many connections among customers and partners in that industry. Thanks to its reputation it has privileged access to tomorrow s talented engineers, currently studying in the region s aeronautical schools. Today it has more than a thousand employees contributing to the success of the aeronautical sector in Europe, the Americas, the Pacifi c rim and Asia. Its local branches ensure quick, on-the-spot service for all of its aeronautical customers, all over the world. Its employees share the same values of service, professionalism, efficiency and respect for people, with a single aim of EXCELLENCE IN THE SERVICE OF ITS CUSTOMERS. WORKING FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS All members of its team are enthusiastic about innovation and eager to pass on their know-how. The technological and human aspects of its activity are the underlying guidelines which code the Group s «DNA». For Aeroconseil, people are the focus of this double helix as they are both creators and users. Aeroconseil has undertaken a proactive and socially aware approach to integration and job retention for employees with disabilities.

To meet the challenge of new aeronautical requirements and manage the risks involved, the Group has developed a highly-disciplined quality management system in all of its activities. ACQUIRING AND SHARING KNOW-HOW The high level of competence of its teams is due to an efficient hiring and training policy. Aeroconseil has its own in-house Training Centre for enriching the Group s talents so that expertise is passed on not only from older to younger staff but also from Aeroconseil to its customers.
4 IMAGINING TOMORROW S FLIGHTS Since an aircraft s life is never linear, the Group s experts in the Air Transport Services branch work with you during conversion of aircraft to a new line of service. Aeroconseil meets the challenge according to your needs and limitations so your projects can take off. Aeroconseil goes even further by drawing on the unique knowledge and skills of many longstanding senior advisors. TOWARDS RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT Aeroconseil considers that ecological responsibility is one of its most important corporate values. Its employees work together to find ways to save energy, reduce waste and optimise transport. Aeroconseil experts further this commitment each day by creating solutions and ideas for reducing CO2 emissions and noise, as required in the aeronautical sector.
5 A passion for innovation and an awareness of responsibility are the driving forces behind the men and women of Aeroconseil. The Group promises excellence above all thanks to its human and technicological resources, and to its commitment to its customers: % COMMITMENT Aeroconseil is commited to serving its customers around the clock, every day of the week throughout the lifetime of their various programs. Over 500 aeronautical experts contribute to programs, participate in upstream design of new aircraft and help fi rst-level suppliers of aircraft manufacturers design systems which meet their needs. 2.ENGINEERING SUPERVISION FOR FIRST-LEVEL CUSTOMERS Aeroconseil has all of the tools and resources necessary for designing aircraft, particularly for Airbus as its teams have played an important part in all of the Airbus programs for the last 25 years. 3.PRIME CONTRACTING Aeroconseil acts as prime contractor for all or part of any systems engineering program or air transport services for the whole of an aircraft s life cycle. To do this, it draws on its own resources and those of its qualifi ed and acknowledged partners. 4.ENGINEERING EXPERTISE Aeroconseil is listed by Airbus as a Strategic Supplier (E2S). Aeroconseil has Part 21 G & J certifi cation, allowing it to work with manufacturers on systems design and production. 5.AIR TRANSPORT EXPERTISE Aeroconseil is listed for Part M, Part 145; Aeroconseil is the fi rst French organisation which is not an airline, to have been certifi ed CAMO by the European Air Safety Agency. Its services cover all aircraft airworthiness maintenance requirements. Furthermore its transversal teams, made up of personnel from airline companies, MRO and equipment suppliers, guarantee that all Air Transport issues are properly taken into account. Max Fischl, founder of Aeroconseil and test pilot, often said that a plane is just a bundle of scrap until it takes to the air! This unconventional outlook in fact sums up the Group s philosophy: to contribute, humbly but passionately, to getting aircraft off the drawing-board and into the skies. 6.SENIOR CONSULTANTS Aeroconseil offers the services of internationally recognized experts who not only cover the design and production aspects of aeronautical programs, but who are also capable of sharing their knowledge as experienced pilots with airline operators. 7.SUPPORT FOR SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS Aeroconseil helps systems designers take into account all aircraft requirements, both functional and physical. It draws on partners such as Labinal in France or Bertrandt in Germany. 8.INNOVATION Aeroconseil innovates while working with its customers (it contributes to more than 20 joint patent applications each year) and participates in the MOET project, part of the 7 th European FPRD. 9.SERVICE FIRST Aeroconseil promotes a set of corporate values with respect to both customers and suppliers: professionalism, respect for people, effi ciency and, of course, service. Service is the keyword that defi nes every aspect of our approach. Quite simply, our goal is to always be at our customer s side to support and serve them to the best of our ability. 10.INTERNATIONALLY ACKNOWLEDGED QUALITY COMMITMENT Aeroconseil applies aircraft manufacturing quality standards (EN9100), manufacturing processes (such as ABD 0100 and 0200) and is certifi ed to apply the necessary aeronautical certifi cations (DO160, 178B, 254). In addition, Aeroconseil is acknowledged by many institutions to be a leading service company for the design of aeronautical systems, which is the case for EASA, Eurocontrol, IATA. Aeroconseil is thus committed to providing its customers with quality services.
