Additional support plans cover fuel, handling, security, and catering and on-site representation. 4 Services General Sales Agent Our marketing team will be able to consult with you to develop a marketing program to present to your clients. Through our experience in the industry we have the sales contacts to lead you to the door, open it, present your program and make the sale! Ramp & Operations Handling The ramp and operation group have domestic and international background, as well as dealing with union and non-union staff. They are experienced in handling U.S. and foreign designed aircraft. WORLD AVIATION GROUP has developed an extensive network to deal with all of the major ground handling companies worldwide. In addition, we have contacts with FBO ground handling companies in the smaller cities throughout the United States. Passenger Service Handling Passenger service meets the standards of simply superior service to the clients that we represent. Our team has participated in providing the customer service at international airports, major hubs, medium sized airports and small rural operations. As with ramp and operations, we have developed a network of ground handling and FBO companies that provide passenger service handling that meet our standards. Cargo Sales & Service Our combined sales and service team is prepared to meet your requirement to sell a portion of your cargo aircraft or the full aircraft to any destination worldwide. The service team will guarantee the safe handling of your cargo revenue. Catering Services Throughout the world, the WORLD AVIATION GROUP has flight kitchens at our disposal to prepare standard in-flight food service. In addition, we can provide you with specialty, local ethnic, athletic, and designed meals that your clients may find attractive. Our beverage consultants can design an array from the normal shelf brands to top shelf to special requests. Fuel Administration WORLD AVIATION GROUP and its associated company, TransGlobal Fuels, are able to provide fuel throughout the world for individual flights, ad hoc flights, and track programs and schedule service. Our associates can build a fuel administration plan that will monitor your fuel usage and minimize your cost. WORLD AVIATION GROUP can develop a credit card program tailored to your requirements.
5 On-call Maintenance We have FAA approved maintenance management on staff with contacts throughout the world to provide the immediate access you need to get your aircraft in the air. Emergency Response & Family Assistance Members of the WORLD AVIATION GROUP have participated in several actual on-site aircraft disasters as members of the "Go-Team." WAG can develop an emergency response manual and operating plan for your company. WAG will provide assistance in developing tabletop exercises to insure that your staffs know your plan. The Department of Transportation and the National Transportation Safety Board have mandated that airlines have a plan for dealing with families affected by a disaster. WAG s team includes a member of the Family Assistance Task Force commissioned by the DOT and a former airline manager who advised the Task Force. Our experts can develop your family assistance plan and write and direct the training that is required for that plan. ACIM Charter Operations If your needs require an aircraft to operate on an ACIM charter contract, WORLD AVIATION GROUP has air carriers available to provide aircraft. Through the extensive contacts that we have developed over many years, the World Aviation Group is able to locate, basically, any type of aircraft with any seating configuration at economical rates to provide a safe operation for your clients. Aviation Legal Counsel WORLD AVIATION GROUP is represented in Washington, D.C. by legal counseling that has represented clients before government agencies, Congressional committees and various Federal and state courts. Immigration Legal Counsel WORLD AVIATION GROUP has on retainer legal counsel who provides counsel on immigration and naturalization affairs. Our counsel was for many years with the Department of State, Consular Affairs. Government Affairs Consulting Members of our team have served on trade association committees (ATA, RAA, and NACA), as well as having testified before committees of Congress. Tailored Training Programs Whatever area of the aviation industry, the WORLD AVIATION GROUP team can visit you on-site and prepare a training synopsis of your needs for your review. Damaged Baggage Repair Service We have contracted with one of the leading baggage repair services in the United States with four regional offices. Through our ability to bring volume to the service we are able to provide you with the best repair service at the most economical value. Our contractor will even carry out the negotiations with the customer on your behalf to reduce any potential negative feelings. Consumer Affairs Service Members of the group have directed a twenty-four hour consumer affairs office for a major airline. The WORLD AVIATION GROUP team has facilitated just about every airline related consumer problem that has been presented to it by the consumer. The group acts as an ombudsman for the airline and the customer with results that are strongly positive for the consumer.
