11 Response to Stakeholder Needs Need De-identified reports for shared information Privacy Capability must keep pace with technology Understand their changing industry Solution Reports will be de-identified for public availability and data sharing Registered users can use various usernames like on ebay, Craigslist, Amazon (does not prevent communication between users) Constantly evolve to meet changing needs Capture new types information, measure how the information is viewed, used, and shared, participate in the industry dialogue (shop talk) 11

13 International Cooperation Other Civil Aviation Authorities have identified similar current issues with their existing Service Difficulty Reporting systems Monthly meetings with several authorities are ongoing This would expand the availability of de-identified aviation safety data, meeting intent of Global Safety Information Exchange* *U.S. Department of Transportation and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to implement the Global Safety Information Exchange on September 28, 2010
