14 Obstruction Evaluation / Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) In administering Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations CFR Part 77, the prime objectives of the FAA are to promote air safety and the efficient use of the navigable airspace Applicability. c) Notice received by the FAA under this subpart is used to: (1) Evaluate the effect of the proposed construction or alteration on safety in air commerce and the efficient use and preservation of the navigable airspace and of airport traffic capacity at public use airports; Evaluating aeronautical effect. (a) The FAA conducts an aeronautical study to determine the impact of a proposed structure, on aeronautical operations, procedures, and the safety of flight.
